i'm very very disappointed with Harvey Norman's delivery service.. if you ever buy any electrical appliances from Harvey Norman, try not to go for delivery service. disappointed with theirs. yesterday, i waited at my grandma house from 11am onwards for the delivery of LCD TV. because they gave us the time 11am to 3pm for the delivery of TV. the wall installation from LG from 10+am called me if the TV has come. but I have not reached my grandma house and i didnt receive any call from the delivery so i believed the TV has not delivered yet.

okie. reached my grandma house. waited till 2+pm and the TV has not reached.. the wall installation LG ppl called again i said TV has not come. den they were asking wad time they will come and i'm not sure.. so like later see how.. den i called up Harvey Norman and asked.. they say will call delivery man and call me back. den when called back they say will be around 3+pm to 4pm.. wad da.. den i told them wall installation did call and ask what time the TV will be coming so on.. then after dat 4+pm they still haven deliver the TV. i called again.. because wall installation ppl told me they went 1 house to do le. so come back. den i said havent reach. then then Harvey Norman called back say will delay till 5+pm. wad da.. delay and delay but no specific time.. freak.. den i say huh why keep delay.. they say alot of delivery to be made. hey come on! if so, you should not have put my slot from 11am to 3pm.. u have delayed, not making a promise.. okie.. den after that 5pm the wall installation ppl did another house and back already.. at my grandma house downstairs carpark wait.. den called ask.. wad time they will come.. den i asked them what time they off work.. they say 6+ but if 6pm havent come they going off.. so i called Harvey Norman again to say about this.. they say will call delivery man about it.. wah lau.. then 6+pm still haven come okie the TV..

angry liao my 2nd aunt back from work.. come to my grandma hse.. then called up Harvey Norman demand for refund.. my 2nd aunt scolded and scolded them till they hang the phone lo. for both lines.. what kind of attitude they gave and their service?? then after that assistant manager called me say tok to manager and allow for full refund, or another choice is wait for half n hr and will get free DVD player.. which is till 7+pm lo.. wad da hell... den my aunt dun wan so demand for full cash refund.. and okie. so she went up to take from West Mall. and i gotta go out cos got sth on. so can't go.. then wall installation missed call 3 times because I was speaking to the assistand manager. i also angry and i say alot of stuffs.. only they get full amount on the goods they will delay the delivery.. if they nv get full amount, they will deliver very fast.. freak. and also.. they kept delay and delay the delivery without giving us a specific time what time they will reach.. and also, they should deliver the tv to those who are doing wall installation first to meet up the wall installation ppl time.. they didn't! i demanded them to deliver TV to us first because we still need to do wall installation. they didnt! they gave them the time 1-5pm and they didn't meet it as well. how can they do business like that? what kind of service did they give????

very ridiculous.. so so pissed. yes.. they have the overstock promotion and alot of delivery service to be made. but how can they delay for one full day since they have given the time to us? and they should take initiative to call the customers on the delay, not US the customers who call them instead! very very disappointing with their services..

is Singapore services that good? i doubt so.. they will pull a long face if we're not buying.. they should learn from Japan services, Taiwan services.. they are much better in this.. no wonder the govt is putting on huge money to train the people in providing good services.. such a let down!
